Key Responsibilities
Perform project administrative coordination and other administrative tasks.
Prepare, submit, and monitor project claims and invoices as directed.
Maintain office files, correspondence, documentation, and inspection equipment.
Assist the Director/Senior Management with daily operations as assigned.
Assist the Director/Senior Management with tendering and bidding for projects.
Carry out technical tasks in the office and field as directed.

Min. Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering or Building
Training provided to the inexperienced candidate
Experience in the Built Environment or Heritage Built environment will be an added point
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Willing to work rotationally in the office and project site
