Objective Perform execution of projects to achieve agreed delivery targets in line with overall strategy Main Tasks \xc2\xb7 Key integrator of internal processes and ownership of project execution plan for key project accounts. \xc2\xb7 Understand fully the internal sales systems and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a collaborative and effective working relationship with customers, internal partners and stakeholders, and supply chain. \xc2\xb7 Anticipate and solve problems, plan for workload changes \xc2\xb7 Prepares regular expediting reports and maintains overall control of project timeline. \xc2\xb7 Participate in project execution team meetings \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute meetings with customers and any other face-to-face meeting as required \xc2\xb7 Maintain standards of service that deliver the high levels clients expect from Van Leeuwen \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain relationship with external customers and suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Expedite with suppliers and ensure on-time delivery of project targets. \xc2\xb7 Monitor progress and manage risks and recovery of any schedule slippages \xc2\xb7 Liaise with 3PL and client shipping teams for preparation of project shipping documents. \xc2\xb7 Understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to customize project deliveries \xc2\xb7 Coordination on issuance / adherence to Letter of Credit and enforcement of payment terms \xc2\xb7 Keep management informed on project execution progress (reporting) \xc2\xb7 Carry out other duties within scope, spirit, and purpose of the job Generic Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor degree would be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated competence in the use of computer and software applications \xc2\xb7 Strong in communication and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in Project Management or Supply Chain Management preferred \xc2\xb7 Able to work with multinational customers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits:
