Job Description

My client a security industry's premier program management firm. They help customers establish security standards, implement global project controls and plans, generate construction drawings, install, configure and commission systems. Repair and maintain enterprise access control, video and intrusion systems and host physical security systems and provide complete monitoring and dispatch services.The Project Coordinator is to provide full support to the PMO, Program, Project Managers and Project Engineers.ResponsibilitiesAssists and supports the Program Manager by:

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment documentation and information
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensuring clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Assists in preparing action plans using resources from time and budget projects.
  • Ensuring all projects completed on time, within budget and with high-quality standards.
  • Assist in monitoring the project progress and respond to issues as they arise.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with project and program managers to eliminate project blockers.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses/expenditures.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance testing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential and expected.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, scheduled, and step by step action plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Planner, Project).
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
  • Self-motivated and directed.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
QualificationDiploma or equivalent experience.Two years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar administrative support role.Familiar with project management from conception to delivery.Previous experience working with any ERP system is preferableJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:
