Roles and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Report to assigned sales representative\xc2\xb7 Office-based and will go on several site visits\xc2\xb7 Conduct site meeting, measurement, and photo-taking\xc2\xb7 Work on costing, budgeting, procurement, and project planning\xc2\xb7 Liaising with production head for internal costing and project management\xc2\xb7 Assist in managing and preparing quotation, based on compiled information for the events/renovation projects. This ranges from initial basic calculations, quotations, and Variation Order (VO)\xc2\xb7 Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process\xc2\xb7 Oversee installation on-site and resolve and project issues during the course of the projectControl project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities
\xc2\xb7 Review, prepare and submit tender project\xc2\xb7 Liaising with client on project\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and showing samples\xc2\xb7 Review of operational, administrative system and improvement plan\xc2\xb7 Create and manages system and processes within the daily operations\xc2\xb7 Working collaboratively with both internal and external members. Such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and vendor\xc2\xb7 On-Job Training (OJT) providedRequirement:\xc2\xb7 As On the job is training, no relevant work experience is required\xc2\xb7 Good communication skill is needed for discussion with both internal and external members, such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and suppliers\xc2\xb7 Familiar with the use of MS applications, such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook\xc2\xb7 Good with numbers which will be meant for computing costing and on-site measurement\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in filing system and processes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month Benefits:
