Handle the logistics, administrative tasks, and daily operations of construction projects, including communicating with clients to gather project details and provide regular updates.
Plan construction activities, including sequencing of tasks and allocation of manpower.
Attend project meetings, manage related documentation, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or on-site issues.
Supervise on-site personnel and oversee subcontractors to maintain work quality and productivity.
Ensure effective use of labor, materials, and resources at the site.
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed based on approved plans, schedules, and within budget.
Quickly address any delays, technical problems, or site challenges.
Make sure all work on-site follows safety guidelines and standard procedures.
Provide consistent project updates to the internal team.
Prepare Method Statements (MOS) and Method Statement Risk Assessments (MSRA) for client submission.
Identify possible project issues early and work with the team to find effective solutions.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by management or the project team.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in construction coordination or site supervision.
Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with local and international stakeholders.
5-day work schedule.
Independent, client-oriented, and a strong team player.
Holding a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Tekla software
