Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage 13 virtual machines provisioning requests for Rapid7 Vulnerability

Management (VM) solution.

• Check systems requirements for Rapid7 InsightVM.

• Follow up with UOB's infrastructure team for above activity.

• Communicate with tech leads of UOB Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia and Malaysia

regarding above activity.

• Basic Knowledge of Unix and Linux Commands.

• Support in configuring, installing, testing and managing the InsightVM (5) & Security Console

(5) under the guidance of Rapid7 Implementation team.

• Involved in the activities for Milestone sign off - Drop 2 (ending Dec 2025) and Drop 3

(ending Aug 2026).

• Involved in internal follow-ups of UOB and follow the UOB's internal process.

• Raise Firewall requests (and all network-related requests) and involved in follow-ups for

those requests.

• Act as a bridge between UOB infra team and UOB Vulnerability Management solution

deployment team

• Support in creating a technical document such as HLD & LLD

1. Extracting details from Rapid7 admin guide related to VM & Network pre-requisites
2. Extracting screenshots from Rapid7 console
3. Extracting Integration details from Rapid7 admin guide
4. Extracting Data flow details from Rapid7 admin guide
5. Extracting Software Configuration details from Rapid7 admin guide

• Coordinating weekly meetings for project status updates

• Creating and updating Project plan weekly

• Create, review and sign off documentation as per Project Deliverables:

1. HLD
2. LLD
3. UAT

• Attend escalation meeting, if any, and to attend the Project Closure Meeting

• SIT & UAT Sign-off for 6 Countries

• Create Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for every meeting

• Any other tasks assigned by UOB Singapore Tech Lead

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of IT work experience with at least 5 years of Project management experience

• Certifications in Project Management would be an added advantage

• Able to balance between project requirements and people management to achieve project targets

within deadlines and budget

• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

• Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
