Plan and set up new client projects with defined scope, timelines, and documentation
Assign and coordinate tasks with engineering teams
Monitor project status, resolve roadblocks, and update real-time schedules
Maintain client communications and provide regular status updates
Weekly Tasks:
Lead internal project huddles to review milestones and risks
Deliver weekly project status reports to clients and leadership
Forecast and schedule resources in coordination with the Service Delivery team
Monthly Tasks:
Conduct project post-mortems to identify improvements
Analyze metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, budget adherence, client satisfaction)
Propose enhancements to the project delivery process
Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience:
Proficient in project documentation and planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, MS Project, HaloPSA)
Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Knowledge of project lifecycles and coordination best practices
Prior experience in IT or MSP environment preferred
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) are a plus
