How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Safety / Quality Assurance / Risk Management/ IMS and general activities

• Ensure that developed solution will address all necessary aspects related to Safety, Quality and Risk Management & IMS
• Ensure Safety/Quality/Risks are applied during the entire execution phase
• Prepare and conduct the capitalization review

2. During the development phase up to the Handover to Execution:

• Support the Business Developer to coordinate with CI Development team on resources
• Work in close relationship with country teams by gathering, validating and incorporating local information, procedures, requirements necessary for installation (land, utilities, funding...) to be fully integrated into the project definition, scope and execution
• Interface with E&C / CI APAC development team to evaluate overall performances of the project (budget, planning, scope, final technical solution, ...)
• Coordinate overall project execution strategy and risks evaluation and be force of proposition to mitigate risks
• Ensure the compliance to AL rules and systems and any relevant external rules and guidelines

3. During the Execution phase up to Handover to Operations:

• Manage the Project Execution with Excellence in order to ensure overall performances, as defined during the Handover (Technical Performances, Capex, budget, schedule, Scope, Risks,...)
• Contract, manage and challenge external/internal suppliers, including E&C
• Coordinate interactions between different stakeholders (inside a country and outside: E&C and other partners) to ensure the overall Quality and Integrity of the Plant from Handover by E&C up to the transfer to Operations
• Ensure Excellence in Construction & Pre commissioning
• Evaluate resources and required skills to ensure excellence in the Execution
• Manage Changes and support the Accountable Person for final customers negotiation
• Follow risks and mitigation plan
• Managing of Owner cost & Overall Project Cost
• Review all Change Order before issue for approval
• Review E&C monthly Report
• Prepare Monthly review report and present to CI APAC Project monthly review
• As input to the finance team, to develop cash plan and updating on monthly basic link with project progress and mile-stone achievement and payment requisition from E&C and sub-contracting

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor/ Degree or equivalent with project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of EPC capital project definition and execution.
• Have technical knowledge consistent with the project scope experience.
• Ability to understand applicable specifications and standards. Industrial Management System familiarity.
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving and project management skills
