Our client is an entertainment company producer of collectible card games and trading cards, publisher of mobile apps and games, promotional items and many other venues, which was founded in 2007.:
- Oversee the marketing and development of brands- Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency- Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability- Set the team goals within the overall company\'s goals and objectives- Cooperate with the team members to plan and execute on the brand strategies to achieve its the desired goals- Manage team\xe2\x80\x99s budget- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the companyJob Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral- Proactive with good decision-making skills- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for company events when required- Open to travel overseas for business trips when requiredCompensation:
