Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of large-scale data centre projects in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region for one of the leading construction company that specializes in delivering complex and challenging projects using innovative and sustainable solutions, while prioritizing safety, technology, and community responsibility here in SingaporeKey Requirements:
- Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of data centre projects
- Good communication skill as this role will require constant communication with multiple stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Manage quality assurance for project deliverables
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively
- Collaborate with local or regional departments for supportKey Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology)
-10+ years of experience in project management, with focus on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale data centre projects
- Experience in the SEA region highly preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Deep understanding of data centre infrastructure and systems
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen
