Job Description
Responsibilities :-
Provide leadership in the effective management of projects and in meeting project profits, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives Oversee the overall execution & construction of the
ERSS
competently & Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act Co-ordinate and monitor projects Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior Resolve problems arising at sites and attend site meetings Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines Ownership of construction programme and ability to manage critical path with experience in pull planningRequirements :-
Possess basic Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course. Min 10 years of Project Lead Experience including managing engineering & construction teams, developing and managing budgets, delivering the project, facilitating internal and client driven meetings Good command in both written & spoken in English. Self-motivated and committed to works. 5.5 days week. Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred. * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
