Project Document Control Executive\xe2\x80\x93 3 Position \xe2\x80\x93 Jurong Island , Shell Bukom, Tuas View
Minimum Qualification/Certificates o GEC certificates and above o Experienced in Documents Management Software will be an advantage. o No experience but with other quality may be considered o Individual must be motivated to learn and hardworking o Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry preferred o Good communication and writing skills and a team player o Ability to work independently under minimal supervision o Person who is willing to work in Jurong Island, Project Site Office o Able to start immediately will be priority Other Information o Location: Jurong Island and West of Singapore o 6 days work week o Basic working hours 58 hours/week o Salary S$2,700 to S$3,500 per month subject to qualification and experience
Scope: Responsibilities:
- In charge of document controller job under construction department
- Assist site engineers, qa/ac, technician for filing and organization of project documents including drawings, technical queries, specification, transmittal, etc
- Collate all test results in excel
- Basic scanning and compartmentalized of documents
- Distribute drawings and document to respective site staff in charged
- Team Player, Mature, Friendly & Patience, Meticulous, Pro-Active Work Attitude & Work Independent
- Energetic & Objective Orientated
- Hardworking
- Self Motivated To Learn
- Multi Tasks And Duties
