Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To be part of the implementation team to roll out a new operational software system for Airframe Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Line of Business.
- To collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize and enhance Airframe MRO business processes.
- To collaborate with the software vendor to design and incorporate the harmonized business processes into the new operational software system.
- To participate in the change management for successful deployment of the new operational software system in locally and overseas.
- Understand and chart out the entire MRO business process of all MRO stations of the organisation.
- Participate in training of the MRO users in operating the new software system.
- Provide support to the business units during roll out phase of the software system.
- Gather feedback and improvements from the users to further improve the software system / business process
- Degree/Diploma in any Engineering field
- Preferably with experience in MRO environment
- No work experience requires
- 1 year contract renewable/convertible subject to performance
- Work Location: Seletar
