Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of building projects to ensure smooth project progress. Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and works. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance in accordance with project schedules and company policies. Prepare method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, and other project documentation. Support in the testing, commissioning, and handover process upon project completion. Resolve technical and engineering issues on site with relevant stakeholders. Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress, potential delays, and corrective measures.

Requirements

Degree in

Civil Engineering, ideally PEB recognized.

Relevant experience

with a

main contractor

, ideally on

building or institutional projects

Good understanding of

construction sequencing, site coordination, and quality standards

. Familiar with

BCA and local authorities' requirements
