Reponsibilities

Assist Project Manager in all related project engineering tasks
Technical order execution (from order hand over from sales up to delivery)
Manage project through various stages (basic, detail engineering, cost control) to ensure all contractual requirements (time, quality & cost) are met prior to shipment
Review of contractual documents and technical specifications
Define technical requirements of mechanical equipment, apparatuses and instruments
Prepare equipment data sheets, drawings, plant layout and P&ID
Maintain electronic project folders in good order
Keep proper record of scope changes (cost impacts) initiated by customer and manage change orders
Furnish drawings and documentation to customers as requested in customer\xe2\x80\x99s contract
Schedule and coordinate customer inspections (if required)
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers to meet project schedules
Compile final documentation to customer to ensure proper installation and orderly start-up of our systems
Execute any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering and/or related discipline
Entry / Junior Level - Training will be provided
Experience working with EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) will be an added advantage
