Handle quotations, orders as well as correspondence and fulfil customer needs to ensure satisfaction . Understand customer needs, keep client updated with new solutions, bring valuable solutions to client continuously . Maintain good working relationship with customers to ensure high customer retention and significant potential growth . Register leads generated in CRM promptly and accurately . Ensure quotations, PO based on customer requirements and executed timely and accurately . Ensure specifications, drawings and any related documentation are documented in proper manner . Assist in the preparation of tender documents. . Liaison with cross functional team to arrange shipment to customer/suppliers, track orders to ensure timely delivery of shipment .
