Roles & Responsibilities Selected incumbent is to ensure Project is executed on the basis of the 3 key components: -

• Quality – Meet the quality of the Project specification
• Delivery – On time delivery for the equipment and solutions, reduce inventory
• Cost – Improve the book margin or at least maintain the book margin

• Review Technical Specification for Solutionizing Work.
• Evaluate the Tender Drawing such as Architectural & structural drawing, System P&ID, Single Line Drawing
• Preparing tender proposal including concept drawing, simple control philosophy and General Layout of the system for the Sales.
• Reply Technical Query from the Client and clarify matters pertaining to the Tender Offer.
• Review Contract, Technical Specification and Drawing upon receiving the Purchase Order (PO).
• Prepare the construction schedule to meet the contract deadline.
• Develop and prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) to Procurement team and assist to evaluate the technical competency of the contractor to fulfil the technical aspect of the supply.
• Design and submit construction documents and drawings for approval.
• Timely submission of the Cost report to the PM leader for review.
• Monitor the performance of the site team to ensure all critical milestone are met.
• Develop mitigation plan if the site progress is behind schedule or critical path are not met.
• Ensure all staff comply with the safety regulations.
• Attend all site progress meeting to report progress and coordinate with other services to minimize rework due to service collision.
• Ensure proper handover of the system to the end-user and ensure traceability of documents.

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Engineering
• Past experience in working with EPC, contractors, tendering/bid management, etc
