Job Description


Project Engineer (BMS)Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500

  • To have construction industry (in M&E Sector) working experience
  • Project Site: Depending on hiring director decision after interview. Project based (West/East/Central)
  • Mon to Fri; 8am to 5pm Sat; 8am to 12pm
.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Designing control panels for Building Management System
  • Produce design documents for BMS
  • Ensure Building Management System software or equipment aligns with
safety and quality standards
  • Maintaining existing Building Management System by fixing errors, running
tests and updating software
  • Preparation of Operation Maintenance Manual
  • Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including
customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure
project requirements are met.
  • Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
  • Coordinate the safety management system on site.
  • Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
  • Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.
  • All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Relevant Qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Computer
Engineering or equivalent.
  • Possess 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the local Construction
Engineering industry. Including manufacturing plant construction, Data Centre fit-out works, etc.
  • Able to build and install BMS system to monitor and regulate various building
