Position Title: Project Manager
Working Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm), Sat (8.30am - 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Annual Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
Proactively identify, review, and assess foreseeable risks arising from the workplace, site conditions, and work processes.
Carry out reasonably practical actions to eliminate risks where possible and reduce remaining risks to an acceptable level to protect all personnel on site.
Ensure approved safe work procedures and control measures are properly implemented, communicated, and adhered to.
Check drawings for accuracy by verifying dimensions, levels, and key details, and highlight discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings.
Assist with site setup and mobilisation works, including coordinating initial site arrangements, documentation, and preparation of submissions to relevant authorities when required.
Support other project-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Project Management team.

Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Building or related discipline.
At least 1-2 years of relevant site-based experience in construction projects.
Able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Basic knowledge of WSH / risk assessment and safe work procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
