Job Description

Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based construction company
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 6 days, Monday to Saturday (8AM - 5PM) (Alternate Saturday)
• Salary range: up to SGD 4500 (dep on exp) + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• To perform QA / QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.
• Carry out construction works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance to regulatory.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Co-ordinate with the Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve related problems and issues.
• Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.).
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
• Relevant study in Civil Engineering will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in designing & building industrial warehouse building will be advantage.
