Job Description

Responsibility:

• Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning
• Implement & ensure proper project management disciplines, structure and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and delivery of the project
• Responsible to train and guide maintenance team after completion of project for maintenance
• Provide first level of support for our clients for the trouble shooting or all systems, database, network, and telecommunication infrastructure problems.
• Perform day to day operations and trouble shooting
• Co-ordinate the tasks requested by clients on problem resolution of all IT services
• Works with all facets of the business and has cross functional responsibilities for IT and Management as well as external partners in making sure that the information technology infrastructure is fully operational
• Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
• Support and response to Ad-Hoc service jobs
• Build positive relationship with customers and client
• Ensures that the project is delivered fully utilising standard builds and standardised work
• Creates the conditions to enable effectively working teams
• Participates in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made

Skills

• Resourceful & Independent mindset
• Have hands-on experience on Microsoft Servers setup & troubleshooting
• Have in-depth knowledge on networking
• Minimum 3 years of onsite and hands-on IT experience
• Have knowledge of surveillance Camera is a plus (Training will be provided w/o experiences
• Complete assigned tasks and actions in the timescales given.
• Successfully build support for ideas or actions without the use of hierarchical power. Uses different approaches to get commitment to solutions.
• Strong familiarity with CCTV and alarm system product is an advantage

Knowledge

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology
• Understanding of the IP CCTV marketplace and general business environment
• Understands and is familiar with the use of quality principles
• Understands how different functions within his/her own organisation interrelate to each other
• Knows the overall key business objectives and goals
• Understands appropriate project methodology in risk management, control of working capital and change management and works to current standards
• Understands the importance of health and safety aspects to be able to manage projects properly
