Coordinate with internal teams, sales personnel, and installation contractors to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled effectively.
Prepare, review, and submit technical documents and AutoCAD (DWG) drawings in accordance with project submission standards.
Monitor project schedules, control progress, participate in project meetings, and provide timely updates and reports on overall performance.
Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including site visits and communication with consultants and clients.
Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to HVLS fans or associated mechanical systems.
Maintain a solid understanding of product specifications, applications, and technical features to support marketing and sales activities.
Perform any other duties or assignments as required by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in project engineering, ideally within HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical system industries.
