Job Description

My client is a global leader in the installation market, who specializes in the development of simple and smart product systems. With more than 75 years of experience, they offer a wide range of products and expert advice, ensuring complete fixing solutions for projects of any size or complexity.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (830AM-530PM)
• Entitled to Handphone and Transport Allowance

• Manage project scheduling, cost, and coordination with supervisors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to address site issues and attend site meetings.
• Follow up and monitor construction progress, providing project management recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with Consultants and support the Project Manager in overseeing MEP frames and services.
• Assist in engineering queries, method statement creation, and subcontractor submissions.
• Contribute to the development of MEP 3D and 2D BIM models, drawings, and BOM lists using AutoCAD/Revit (MEP) and SolidWorks.
• Monitor, manage, and coordinate MEP services work in alignment with project timelines.
• Attend to technical matters with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Apply engineering knowledge and calculations, adhering to design codes and practices.
• Ensure proper organization and housekeeping of calculation notes, technical datasheets, and drawings for record keeping.
• Demonstrate a cost and time-oriented approach.
• Utilize communication tools such as Email and Teams.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
