Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
Review drawings and provide technical coordination for
C&S and Architectural works
Prepare construction schedules, method statements, and work sequencing
Coordinate site activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance
Attend site meetings, inspections, and technical discussions
Monitor subcontractor performance and site productivity
Resolve site technical issues and discrepancies in drawings
Prepare progress reports and site documentation
Ensure compliance with BCA, HDB, and relevant authority requirements
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in main contractor environment
Strong experience handling
A&A projects
Good understanding of C&S and Architectural coordination
Familiar with site coordination, shop drawings, and construction methodology
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
Good communication and coordination skills
