Project Engineer Cum Coordinator

Job Description
To be prepared to take on broader remit of works across various projects which include office and on-site duties:-
- Assisting Project Manager in project management and ensuring project performance is observed and measured regularly so that potential problems/complications can be identified and corrective action can be taken in a timely manner
- Working with Site Manager, Supervisors, Sub-contractors and Workers in ensuring smooth and successful completion of projects
- Working with respective project teams to understand and assist in tracking all works, tasks and project assignments.
- Prepare project materials’ budget and materials’ usage control
- Review and make recommendation to improve Company’s WSH Policy
- Planning by understanding and analyze detail work activities/work processes, develop appropriate risk assessment (RA), control and management
- Review and periodic updating of Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- Communicate and provide training of RA & SWP to supervisors and workers
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Construction Engineering
- Independent, effective and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly proactive and strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office (excel and words
