Project Engineer & Drafter
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCompliance Management: Ensure all construction activities adhere to specifications, budgets, and timelines.Design Development: Create and review M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) designs and drawings in line with project requirements and regulatory standards.Collaboration: Partner with contractors and consultants to address and resolve installation challenges.Progress Monitoring: Oversee project progress and quality, addressing any on-site issues promptly.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular status reports, detailing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Documentation: Develop and manage shop drawings, Revit BIM models, as-built drawings, and other construction documents.Procurement Coordination: Work with procurement teams to source and secure necessary project supplies.System Testing & Handover: Support system testing and ensure a smooth handover of completed M&E installationsJOB REQUIREMENTSMin 2 years working experience in handling drafting for building.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent will be advantageousStrong in using BIM (Revit) and CAD software will be addition valuesInterested applicants please send your resume to:Jun Fong KhorEmail:EA Licence: 90C3026EA Personnel No: R1439255We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.#LI-JACSG
