Changi / Loyang (site-based)

Salary:

$3,000 - $5,000

Allowances:

$50 mobile + Petrol Fleet Card ($250/month for car, $100/month for motorbike)

What You'll Be Doing

------------------------

You'll be the key link between planning and delivery, making sure projects run smoothly, safely, and successfully. Your day-to-day will include:


Leading electrical projects from start to completion Planning and securing resources (labour, materials, equipment) to keep things on track Monitoring subcontractors' work, resolving issues quickly, and keeping schedules tight Coordinating with customers, consultants, and authorities on site approvals and matters Working with the Purchasing team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of items Supervising subcontractors, guiding junior staff, and enforcing safety standards Checking materials and workmanship through site inspections and quality control Preparing and managing project documents (shop drawings, requisitions, stock records, quality plans) Handling variations, claims, and contractual processes according to company procedures

What We're Looking For

Hands-on supervisory experience in electrical/M&E, experience in BCA L6 / L5 graded Electrical Engineering


An effective communicator who builds trust with colleagues and stakeholders Detail-oriented and precise when interpreting technical information Organized in planning, with the ability to prioritize effectively
