• HVAC Fundamentals
• BBP Schematics, Design & Specifications
• Conduct Site Survey, Manage Site Installation
• Testing & Commissioning
• Measurement & Performance Finetuning
• Flow Switch Calibration
• Chiller Reconditioning
• Cable Routing / Design
• PLC/SCADA Overview

Project Management (Project Management Knowledge / Application of Engineering Knowledge)

• Assist in project schedules and budgets, project costing / procurement process
• Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site
• Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
• Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
• Ensure work compliance with specifications
• Prepare progress reports, client updates and attend meetings
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project & Facilities Management, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) or any related field.
• Knowledge on HVAC is a bonus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects
• Independent and self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Possess attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commit at least 5 months from July 2024 - December 2024.
