Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle escalations to vendors including Microsoft
- Producing detailed documentation for clients including As-built documentation
- You will be hands-on lead by example
- Providing technical knowledge and advice to our customers
- Remote troubleshooting and resolving incidents within agreed SLA
- Contributing to the continual service improvement of our services
- Commit yourself to learn and new duties
- Carry out design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Azure resources
- Integrating legacy on-prem system with Azure
- Carry out design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Hybrid Networks
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contributing knowledge and skills
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Networking knowledge including troubleshooting (VPN, Routing, SDWAN)
- Wide-ranging Azure Experience (Networks, Kubernetes, Storage, Application, Log workspaces, DevOps, Containers, Security)
- MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 certification is ideal
- Autotask, Datto RMM & Datto BCDR experience (will be favorable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
- Office 365 project migrations
- Intune or SCCM
- Windows Server administration, networking, or virtualization technologies
