Liaise with Planner, Project Manager and Company in-yard production team on fabrication works to be carried out-yard.
Assist Out-Yard Manager in the planning and dedication of all works to be carried out by outyard contractor.
Appropriately brief out-yard subcontractors on project specifications, scope, safety standards, etc. with means such as Kick-off meeting.
Assist respective production leads on production coordination for outsourced work activities at out-yard.
Identification and preparation of drawings issuance to out-yard by working with in-yard and outyard production trades.
Work closely with project production leads to ensure timely deliverables.
Out-yard onsite monitoring of project work progress, quality and HSE.
Participate in weekly out-yard progress meetings, quality and HSE surveys.
Collation of weekly production reports from various out-yard trade leads.
Ensure final acceptance deliverables, project inspection documentations and reports are timely submitted prior to load out.
Assist to coordinate load out pre-requisites such as load out operations plan, sea fastenings requirements, return of materials, stowage and shipping documents, final acceptance documentations, in yard receiving notice and coordination, etc.
Miscellaneous and ad hoc duties assign by superior.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree with discipline in relevant engineering studies.
At least 3 years (Diploma)/ 2 years (Degree) relevant working experience in marine construction and shipbuilding environment.
Prior Out-Yard/ Outsourcing production coordination work experience will be preferred.
Able to work with people of different nationality, cultural and ethnic groups.
Accountability and strong sense of ownership, teamwork and collaboration.
Eager to contribute in a team environment through developing positive work relationships.
Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills.
Able to travel in short notice and must have own vehicle
