Project Engineer (PMO)

* Plan, coordinate, facilitate, monitoring and manage the outcome and risk of a project management.

  • Build good rapport and relationship with customers and all stakeholders during project implementation.
  • Ability to manage project timeline effectively to produce all project deliverables at timely basis
  • Managing the day-to-day project activities, resources and chairing the project management team meetings.
  • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and communicating across leadership.
  • Managing all aspects of project engagement, including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
  • Responsible on the financial aspects of multiple projects such as billings, sales confirmation, invoices to customers.
  • Involve in technical deployments when required while acting as a project engineer to the project.
  • To professionally deploy, configure, and conduct test of the cyber security products such as encryption devices.
  • To proactively look for opportunities to improve customer experience through effectively and efficiently delivery.
  • Will be involved in 24x7 standby duties.
Job Requirements * Diploma/ Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or IT Security
  • Good knowledge in the field of data networking, Internet Protocols and network security an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Relevant work experience (1~3 years) in technical and project management related field
  • Certification in CISSP, CCNA, CCNP and PMP an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Singaporean only
