What You'll Be Doing

Supervise on-site activities for semiconductor facility construction projects, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure the construction work is executed in compliance with safety, industry codes, and legal regulations. Oversee the performance of subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Manage all piping-related tasks within the semiconductor construction projects, from start to completion. Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment with technical plans and safety standards. Apply effective construction management strategies to meet project milestones and objectives. Enforce quality assurance procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards. Conduct site inspections and compliance audits to verify adherence to technical specifications and regulations. Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to safety measures across all construction areas. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates and progress reports to senior management. Assume safety coordination duties as needed to ensure occupational safety compliance.

What We're Looking For

A

Diploma

or

Professional Certification

in

Electrical Engineering

or a related discipline. At least

2 years of hands-on project management experience

, preferably within gas systems, piping, or hookup work in the semiconductor or construction sectors. Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
