Coordinate project implementation schedule to ensure all foreseeable implementation concerns are fully accounted for . Undertake and prepare documents such as raising PO, PR, RFP, reconcile invoices and other necessary financial documents to conclude the related projects and make proper payments to the term contractors for the works carried out . Track all project acceptance milestones and associated financial budget, goods received (GR) and invoicing to ensure all expenditures are within the project budget . Ensure all project documents such as project resources, site survey proposals, as-built reports are properly administered . Monitor contractors' quality of works and ensure qualified contractors/ sub-contractors are engaged
