ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Mananger in Managing the sub-contractorsAssisit to submit documents, materials and sample to main contractorSupervise sub contractor's M&E installation according to shop drawings, method of statements, approved material and monitor the progress of workRead and check the M&E drawings together with archi and civil structure drawings.Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisionsAttend meeting with sub contractors/contractors/clients to address issues and update progressTo liaise and work with resident technical officer, sub contractors or main contractors on site coordinationsOrganize, arrange, submit and attend the site inspections with sub contractors, main contractor and resident technical officerOrganize, arrange and carry out the testing and commissioning of M&E systemRequirementsDiploma with 3-5 years of relevant experiencesCandidate with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior positionPreferably candidate with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry as M&E supervisorGood working attitude and a team player
