Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist in planning, programming, and monitoring of construction works progress. Monitor & coordinate the work with supervisors. Handling of technical and engineering problems. In charge of all dealings with services agencies, trial trenches, attainment of NCEs, services diversions, etc. Must be able to coordinate all service-related matters, and lead discussions with service providers. Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities, consultants, and various 3rd parties. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize the environmental impact associated with the construction activities. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the worksite. Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring and report of the project progress. Prepare necessary reports/records for submission as and when required. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of the department.Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore or BCA. Have good technical knowledge with an eye for details. Have good interpersonal, communication, and people management skills. Able to work within tight schedules and fast turn-around times. Able to work under the hot sun. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Immediate or Short notice preferred.
