Must have relevant experience in ELV, Security System (PA/CCTV/Card Access/ISMS/Fireman Intercom/Fire Alarm System/Structured Cabling/BMS etc). . Supervision of subcontractor for the successful implementation and handover of the project . Ensure the smooth operation of daily site activities, conflicts resolution, site progress monitoring, support on claims . Project Planning Understanding the requirements and deliverables for the project Generate of BQ and tally with the sales order Submit Products Catalogues and samples for approval Raising of PR and stock out items Submit Schematic and Floor plans for approval Submit works schedule . Project Implementation Attend meetings, site coordination with other parties on site, site walks with subcontractor or Client Monitor and update the installation work progress Track the equipment delivery schedule Ensure the terminations is done in accordance to standards Regular update on the changes/amendments on system design Site inspection with client representative Perform checks on subcontractor's installation quality . Testing & Commissioning Arrange with Client's inspectorate for inspection Programming of system Testing of integrated system with consultants Inputting of customer data . Admin Support and Reporting Compilation of O&M documents for handing over Submit file to Project Coordinator for checking and updating for Project Manager approval
