Project Engineer
Job Description
: Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services (M&E, Aircon and etc) related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, rectifying works. To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement. Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered. Monitor, track and provide timely project progress reports to the management. Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email. Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.Job Requirements: Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering or relevant field certificate. Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently. Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
