COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Project Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Project Manager in daily project coordination, planning, scheduling, implementation, and execution of project works;
• Perform site visits and supervise construction works to ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing, contract specifications, project requirements, schedule, safety & work quality standards, and recommend corrective actions when required;
• Coordinate and liaise with Clients, Consultant, relevant Authorities and various internal/ external stakeholders on project specification and progress;
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management;
• Determines project specifications by studying customer requirements, and performance standards;
• Controls project plan by reviewing specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending action;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Liaise with clients for project schedule, plans, etc.
• Prepare all necessary reports/records for submission (Method Statements, Risk Assessment, Proposal Objectives, Progress Reports, Monthly Report etc;
• Prepare, verify, and submit monthly progress claims promptly;
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or BOA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Candidate with experience in underground utilities especially water pipes will be advantageous
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
• 6 days work week
