Assists in preparation and implementation of project schedule and execution
In charge of the civil, concrete and steel structure works on site
Coordinate with Consultants/ Designer on project design issues and work closely with drafting personnel on site
Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings
Monitor work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment
Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project
Responsible in the materials ordering which related to civil works
Assist in the material submission works for approval
Coordinate and monitoring of work done by sub-contractors
Responsible for the on-site workers manpower arrangement, daily work plan for workers and provide guidance/ training to them where necessary
Conduct inspection and casting for reinforced concrete work on site
Responsible in the preparation of civil works related reports for Consultant
Provide technical advice and guidance to coordinators/ supervisors
Comply with company\'s ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Project Manager/ Construction Manager

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of Civil & Structural experience in Singapore Main Contractor firm
Design experience with consultancy firm will be an added advantage
Desire to develop career, hunger for work exposure
Good Interpersonal skills and Ability to work under pressure

5.5-day work week; work location will be in Sentosa.
