Coordinate with consultant CM, PE & RTO in daily activities, monthly claim, site progress updating, site inspection, testing and discussions.
Oversee site projects\' operations & monitoring the progress works on site.
To handle manpower mobilization and materials planning & ordering.
To prepare master program, construction sequence for client review, method statement and drawings discrepancies, review project specification as well as technical clarifications.
Handling technical issues, feedback, suggestions, and engineering problems on site.
To ensure timely and smooth progress of works within the target time frame.
Update and submit monthly project report, cash flow and prepare for the extension of time request (if required).
Attend management meetings and raise issues that required solutions.
Prepare monthly work done calculation claim with Clients.
Able to speak mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counter party.
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board, BCA or IES registered Resident Engineer (RE)
Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawings submission
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in civil construction projects
Prefer bilingual in communication in view to liaise with clients & consultants
Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD, Class 3 LicenseAble to speed mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counter party
