Responsibilities :

Attending sites survey, precon survey, site inspection and handover
Handling Contractor, assigning sites to subcons
Draft technical proposal
Liaise with other authorities such as HDB, LTA, Building Owner for Private sites
Material & equipment acquisition, project coordination, progress monitoring, site technical support and as-built preparation and submission.
Site handover with Client
Coordinate with subcon and customer for site installation work.
Follow up with contractors and update the status to client and Project Manager
Attending site meeting and survey with Building Owner.
