OUR CLIENT Hiring company has its operations in Singapore serving the Asia Pacific region and is wholly owned subsidy of Europe-base MNC. They are in the integrated security communications supplying hardware/ software for the environments with their Intelligent Critical Communication Solutions. THE POSITION The Project Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s role makes significant contribution to the Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s operations being capable to provide an integrated solution package to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Maritime & Energy Business Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review project specifications, supporting the project bidding
• Identify the project requirement and present the solution to customers
• Developing schematic drawings, test procedures & other engineering documentations
• Project coordination between customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Handling and monitoring in project schedule, purchasing, production & shipping
• Quality control and monitoring during the project construction phase
• Programming and testing of telecom equipment
• Conducting Acceptance Test with customers
• Technical support for commissioning & service
• After sales technical support to customers
  

CANDIDATE\xe2\x80\x99S REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunication and/or Computer Networking
• Experience in Maritime Industry is preferred or relevant knowledge and skill are welcome too
• Able to identify the project requirement and present solution to customers
• Able to draw electrical line diagram with AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good presentation and communications skills
• Technical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Required to go shipyard, conduct site survey and commissioning
