& Requirements

• Prepareing of Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Preparing Welding Procedure Specification, Welding Qualification Test (WQT) for Orbital Welding which is approved by Third Party.
• Ensure compliance to required Project Specifications.
• Material Verification, Review the Mill Certificate prior to the Start of Fabrication.
• Monitor Performance of the Welding based on WPS.
• Monitor Installation Work and Supervise staffs on handle High Purity Material.
• Review the commissioning work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with all sections for testing/ commissioning requirements with different stakeholders and arrange for facilities and instruments for the job
• Develop & improve the Certification Process.
• Conduct Quality Training for the Project Team
• Certification of Gas Line by Pressure Test, Helium Leak Test, Moisture & Oxygen Test and Vacuum Test.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
  

• Minimum Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with at least 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experiences in Welding Inspection.
• Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Knowledge of P&ID and ISO Drawing, Schematic Drawing and Specifications.
• P&ID understanding in cable installation, instrument location/routine, cable schedule, cable termination drawings and calculation
• Knowledge of Pre-Test Check List, Punch List, Post Test Check List.
• Proficient with the testing procedures and applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies
• Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, customers, vendors.
• Proficient with MS Office and related Engineering Software (such as Siemens SIMATIC, AutoCAD, Eplan).
• Proficient in English language, both oral and written.
• Ability to work well both independently and as a team.
