Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in project planning and project management
Coordinate with main contractor and consultant and monitor work progress and schedule
Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, preparation of all project costs, process project claims and monitor project budgets
Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections
Monitor daily work activities of the various subcontractors to ensure proper adherence to job site safety policies and procedures.
Monitor and inspect work progress for quality control and quality assurance; identify and resolve problem issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with the team to fulfil all requirement and expectation during testing and commissioning with consultant.
Assist Project Manager and other project team members to close out project for handover with OMM and as-built documentation submission.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent)
Experiences in HVAC is advantageous
Entry levels are welcome
Proficient with Microsoft offices and other basic computer skills
