- Participate in the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical, electrical, and BMS engineering tasks.
- Support the Manager in project planning, budget control, and project execution.
- Coordinate with the main contractor and other subcontractors for BMS installation activities.
- Supervise a team of subcontractors, ensuring that their work meets acceptable standards of quality.
- Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation, including method statements.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality at an optimal cost.
- Ensure that relevant installation drawings are readily available for reference.
- Evaluate non-conformities found in products or work and determine appropriate actions.
- Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning, and testing.
- Take responsibility for the successful completion of projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member or work independently.
- Exhibits attentiveness, thoroughness, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and responsibility towards tasks.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
