Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
To work with factories to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses according to customer requirements.
Coordinate, arrange, and inspect for all required sample submission.
Review, distribute, coordinate & control project-related documents, exp: Drawing, DFM & Work instruction, etc.
Document all necessary data, acceptance, and implementation procedures.
Ensures proper documentation of any and all activities required for the project.
Control & monitor any product ECN, running change & improvement implementation.
Oversees any trials and/or validations that pertain to the specific project.
Provides technical support in solving product quality problems.
Provide ongoing reports to the department manager regarding project progress and project status.
Coordinate with all internal departments for all project requirements before the start of production.
Ensure product quality & capacity achieve according to requirements & plan.
Other ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by the superior; management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering management.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Strong coordination, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
Taking initiative and/or leadership on projects and strong project management skills.
Rubber & Plastic related process experience in advance.
