:Our client is in the manufacturing of industrial parts, headquarted in Europe. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate process optimization and production fulfillment, manage project scheduling and monitoring of coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance. The main responsibility of the Project Engineer is to set up and maintain a new manufacturing plant facility, from initial design through to production start-up.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate and oversee the construction and installation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Process Optimization and Production Fulfillment:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Monitor production processes and implement changes as needed to meet production goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and changes.
• Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all activities and processes comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation as required.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance and address any issues promptly.
• Project Scheduling and Coordination:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure timely project progression.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or changes.
• Facility Setup:

• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of all plant equipment and systems.
• Ensure the facility layout is optimized for efficient production and safety.
• Coordinate with facility management to ensure all infrastructure requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in setting up manufacturing facilities.
• Strong understanding of process optimization and production management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for manufacturing plants.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
