To manage and coordinate construction (sub contracts) projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, VOs, projects/site meetings, site walks, site progress, site installations, technical support, labour, inspections, completion and handing over of the projects.
Able to read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
Manage Project Payment Claim.
Follow up on project and work schedule.
Project submission and progress coordination.
Monitor fabrication and production progress.
Attend all site meetings
Data entry into the company software.
Checking and replying of emails.
Provision of engineering assistance.Project
