Job Description
- To manage and coordinate construction (sub contracts) projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, VOs, projects/site meetings, site walks, site progress, site installations, technical support, labour, inspections, completion and handing over of the projects.
- Able to read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
- Manage Project Payment Claim.
- Follow up on project and work schedule.
- Project submission and progress coordination.
- Monitor fabrication and production progress.
- Attend all site meetings
- Data entry into the company software.
- Checking and replying of emails.
