Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/ Consultants/ Employer.
Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent that are recognized for PE registration under the PE Act
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Must be registered as Resident Engineer (RE) with BCA/IES/ACES
Shall have a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course
Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills
