Project Engineer
Report to : Project Manager
Min Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
Job Skills Required: Strong organizational & communication & interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Planning & control including tracking of project schedule
Production resources & workshop planning including allocation of equipments & manpower
Monitoring of daily fabrication activities & trouble shooting
Plan & maximize the working areas in the workshop & open yard for fabrication work
Problem solving in fabrication & project issues
Assist in repair & maintenance of equipment & facilities including upgrading & work improvement program
In charge of house keeping & safety matters
Implement training for fabrication teams
any adhoc assignments given
Organise, control and leading the project team to ensure projects are completed accordingly to schedule;
specification and quality requirement
Co-ordinate and Liaise with various dept, sub-contractors, customer and 3rd party inspectors to ensure projects execution in good order and within budget
Monitor project cost variances and investigate for overruns
